Rachel's story is the epitome of resilience and fortitude, and she stands in it. She talks about surgery gone VERY wrong, dealing with pain, wounds, more surgeries and medical nightmares. She tells the story with lots of humor, as it helps cut through the pain. She adapted her mom's brisket recipe and tells of her connection to the Jewish culture with this dish. Rachel is a zebra with a big heart.
